Biking: Levington Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny periods Max Speed: 20.52 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 16.21 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Monday 2nd January – bike *** – Sunny periods. As I lost my small waterproof camera off my trailer after windsurfing at Levington yesterday and being a nice day of sunshine and lighter winds, we decided to head that way on our bikes for lunch. After getting on the scales this morning and seeing I had put on over half a stone so it was back to more healthy eating and exercises before packing a picnic, leaving home around one. Being muddy we stayed mainly on the roads through the Trimleys to the cycle path along the busy A 14 leading to Levington Church where we had our cuppa soup before heading for home via the marina where I got my camera back after someone found it laying in the road! Again, mainly back on lanes turning off at Grimston Lane, we had some nice skies today but only took a few pics. Home for a hot water bottle and a cuppa. Might have a few days of breeze for some more windsurfing on the River Orwell? Photo Album here |
